At DG Solutions, we’re committed to processing your orders quickly and delivering them safely. We ship all orders from New Zealand to Australia using New Zealand Post, providing reliable and secure tracked delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Express Shipping from New Zealand to Australia (via NZ Post):

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package directly through the NZ Post website.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only deliver to valid addresses within Australia. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes for larger orders.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with NZ Post to resolve the issue. Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. If you believe your order has been lost, please allow up to 10 business days for NZ Post to investigate before we can process a claim.
